My services are grounded in 32 years of experience working both in and outdoors with individual adults and groups. Alongside the traditional clinical setting, my practice specialises in working with a deep connection within nature, engaging with the process and practice of Mindful Photography for maintaining and developing wellbeing and self-expression.
